Good to know before you try
Getting in
Chat, voice notes, Talk and Call me run the live AI, so they open once you sign in with your qlub Google account. Sign out at the top right when you are done.
Link the chat first
A new chat is not linked to any venue, and Ask qlub only sees the venue a number is linked to. Tap Send my link code once, then ask.
Answers take a few seconds
Every reply is written by the model from the venue’s data, with a source and a “Checked” line. Ask for more detail and it explains. English, Arabic, Turkish and six other languages work too.
Changes wait for YES
Try “turn off tips for brunch today”, or the discounts question. Ask qlub says what it would change; nothing happens until you send YES. It never edits a payment.
Microphone
Voice note and Talk ask for the microphone the first time. If you clicked Block, allow it from the icon in the address bar and try again. Headphones help in a noisy room.
Call me
Our call line is a Twilio trial during the hackathon, so it only rings numbers on the team’s test list. Not on it? Talk is the same assistant, in the browser.
On your own WhatsApp
The steps above use the real Ask qlub line. It runs on Twilio’s WhatsApp sandbox during the hackathon, so a phone has to send the join word once before it gets replies.
Fictional venue, fresh start
Saffron House is a fictional venue and every number is mock data. Each new deploy resets the demo: chats, links, settings and tickets start over. Start over clears your own chat at any time.
